Job summary

OCBC Bank Singapore is seeking an IT Project Manager (Payments), Vice President, to lead delivery across Change and Run, driving high-impact payments platform projects that transform how customers are served. You will collaborate with business and technology teams to define roadmaps, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery.

The role requires over 10 years in BPM or PM, deep payments knowledge (SWIFT, RTGS), and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of Product Owner/Project Manager experience in large BPM programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and ownership mindset.
• Independent worker with minimal supervision.
• Team player with results orientation and proactivity.
• Ability to adapt, think outside the box and drive transformation.
• Experience in core enterprise payment systems development and operations workflow.

Responsibilities

• Define prioritized book of work with business aligned to technology roadmap.
• Deliver business and technology capabilities per strategy and roadmap.
• Manage roadmaps, plans, budgets, schedules and assign tasks.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide updates to project sponsor and steering committee.
• Plan and oversee documentation of each project phase to production.
• Collaborate with Architecture and Engineering on scalable design patterns.
• Ensure optimal customer and employee experience for the platform.
• Drive continuous improvement and address issues for timely delivery.
• Oversee internal teams and vendor relationships for the Platform.
