Job summary

1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking a strategic Delivery Lead to oversee the delivery and ongoing support of large-scale payment applications. You will guide solution design, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage internal and vendor teams to meet business priorities and architectural standards.

Responsibilities include end-to-end testing, production readiness, and cross‑functional collaboration with architecture, security, and operations to achieve robust, scalable payment platforms

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of payment ecosystems and rails (RTGS, MEPS+, FAST, TT).
• Experience with ISO 20022, SWIFT formats and payment messaging.
• 10–15 years delivering enterprise apps in payment/transaction banking.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements analysis, translate business needs into functional specs and governance across teams.
• Oversee solution design, integration patterns, and production readiness for payment platforms.
• Direct multi‑vendor delivery, manage scope, risks, and post‑go-live support for critical apps.
