Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Executive (Payments & Invoicing) on a 1-year contract located near Promenade MRT. The role focuses on managing the transactional financial cycle, including sales invoicing and outgoing payments, within a fast-paced, multicultural trading environment.

The candidate should be highly organised, accurate with data, and capable of collaborating with Trade Operations and Finance teams to support month-end close and audits.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in transactional finance, logistics operations, invoicing, payments, or a similar role will be an advantage.
• Experience in trading or logistics is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate sales invoices, recurring bills, and debit/credit notes daily through the in-house trading system.
• Raise Disbursement Instructions to facilitate outbound payments via TT remittance.
• Ensure payments and invoicing entries are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain filing systems for billing documents, receipts, and credit/debit notes.
