Job summary

ONYX SG PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Payments & Invoicing Executive to join our Trade Operations team on a 1-year renewable contract.

You will manage the full transactional cycle, generating invoices, credit notes, and recurring bills using our in-house system. You will raise disbursement instructions to Finance for timely vendor remittances, support month-end reporting, and collaborate with Trade Operations to resolve documentation discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or related field.
• Experience in trading, logistics or billing environment is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial numbers.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily invoices, credit notes and recurring bills.
• Raise disbursement instructions to Finance for timely remittances.
• Support month-end reporting and audit documentation.
