Responsibilities

• Process payments to third parties accurately and on time.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and prepare journal entries.
• Prepare monthly audit schedules and supporting documents.
• Ensure all system transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
• Process monthly staff claims.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on accounting and audit matters.
• Support finance-related projects and system enhancement initiatives.
• Assist in improving finance processes and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations and internal controls.
• Review the appropriate accounting treatment for payments and work with business units to ensure timely processing.
• Perform other duties as assigned
