Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on professional for Merchant Servicing and Payment & Remittance Operations. The role covers end-to-end onboarding, ongoing account servicing, and cross-border settlements, with project support for platform enhancements.

Ideal candidates bring prior payments/fintech experience, strong communication, and an eye for detail. Office-based in Singapore with standard Mon-Fri hours and a 6-month to permanent contract trajectory.

Qualifications

• Experience in payments, remittance, fintech, banking, or money services preferred.
• Hands-on cross-border payment processing and multi-currency settlement experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Independent with initiative and good collaboration across teams.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with payment platforms and system integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end merchant onboarding, including KYC, agreements, and system integration.
• Provide ongoing merchant servicing and address operational issues.
• Conduct periodic account reviews for compliance and efficiency.
• Execute cross-border payment and remittance transactions across currencies.
• Support remittance platform buildout and daily operations.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with banks to minimize disruptions.
• Design operational workflows and assist in new product implementations.
• Prepare records, reconciliation reports, and SOPs; maintain documentation.
