Responsibilities

• Register patients for visits to Specialist Outpatient Clinic.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate multiple appointments.
• Perform billing processes, including payment collection, manage cash float and encourage cashless payments.
• Provide financial counselling and explain charges.
• Prepare patients for physical examination and assist teleconsultation setup.
• Support doctors in teleconsultation and coordinate with patients.
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.
