Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD invites applicants for a front desk/clinic assistant role at our Specialist Outpatient Clinic in Singapore. You will register patients, schedule visits, and assist with coordinating multiple appointments, ensuring a smooth patient flow during office hours.

You will handle billing, cash handling, and promote cashless payments, provide financial counselling on charges and schemes, and assist doctors during consultations as chaperone or translator.

Responsibilities

• Register patients for visits to Specialist Outpatient Clinic
• Schedule appointments and assist patients to coordinate multiple appointments
• Perform billing processes, including payment collection, manage cash float and encourage patients to sign up for cashless payment
• Provide financial counselling, explain charges and assist patient with various finance schemes available
• Assist doctor during consultation i.e. chaperone, translation
• Prepare patients for physical examination and take patient’s height and weight
• Support doctors in teleconsultation i.e. equipment setup, coordinate with patients
• Any ad hoc dutiesasassigned
