Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD seeks a frontline clinic assistant for a Specialist Outpatient Clinic in Singapore. You will register patients, coordinate appointments, and assist with billing and financial counselling to help patients understand charges.

You will also support doctors during consultations, prepare patients for exams, and assist with teleconsultations. Training is provided; NITEC/Diploma is required, healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• NITEC or Diploma in any field.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Healthcare experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Register patients for visits to Specialist Outpatient Clinic.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate multiple visits.
• Handle billing processes, including payments and cash float management.
• Provide financial counselling and explain charges to patients.
• Assist doctor during consultations (chaperone, translation).
• Prepare patients for examinations (height/weight).
• Support doctors in teleconsultations (equipment setup, coordination).
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
