Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking staff to support patient-facing duties at the Health monitoring station in Singapore. You will greet and register patients, schedule appointments, coordinate referral consultations, handle payments, and respond to inquiries with a courteous and professional manner.

You will be stationed at the Health monitoring station as per roster, assisting with measuring height, weight, and blood pressure for patients.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' level.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Healthcare experience will be an advantage but is not compulsory.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients.
• Schedule patient appointment.
• Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals.
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service.
• Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster. Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station.
