This role involves coordinating referrals to specialists, managing patient concerns, and assisting on the Health monitoring station roster, including taking height, weight, and blood pressure as required. Training is provided; no experience needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' level.
• No experience required; training provided.
• Healthcare experience is an advantage but not compulsory.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists' consultations.
• Handle payments and respond to patient inquiries courteously.
• Manage patient concerns with timely resolution and escalation when needed.
• Communicate with patients to provide a high level of customer service.
• Will be stationed at Health monitoring station; take height/weight and blood pressure for patients as required.
