Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD seeks a friendly front desk assistant at our Health monitoring station in Singapore. The role involves greeting and registering patients, scheduling appointments, and coordinating referrals to specialists.

You will also handle payments and respond to patient enquiries with professional courtesy. Depending on the roster, you will participate in taking basic vitals such as height, weight and blood pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' level required.
• No exp needed, training provided.
• Healthcare experience will be an advantage but not compulsory.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals.
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service.
• Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster, including taking height/weight and blood pressure.
