Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a patient-facing role at our health monitoring station. You will greet and register patients, schedule appointments, coordinate referrals, handle payments and respond to inquiries.

You will be rostered by a supervisor to work weekday mornings to evenings (8 hours) and some Saturdays (4 hours), stationed at the health monitoring station, and assist with taking height, weight, and blood pressure as part of routine checks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients
• Schedule patient appointment
• Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
• Handle payments and respond to patient inquiries
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients
• Will be stationed at the health monitoring station based on roster. Involved in taking height/weight and blood pressure for patients at the health monitoring station
