Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Front Desk/Patient Services role to greet and register patients, schedule appointments and coordinate referrals to specialists. You will handle payments and respond to patient enquiries with courtesy and professionalism.

Based at the Health monitoring station on a roster, you’ll assist by taking height, weight and blood pressure for patients, ensuring accurate readings and timely escalation of concerns when needed.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Healthcare experience advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients.
• Schedule patient appointment.
• Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals.
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service.
• Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster; take height, weight and blood pressure for patients.
