Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to join a fast-paced healthcare support team in Singapore. You will be the first point of contact for patients and customers, handling enquiries, appointment requests, and general service-related support with confidence and professionalism.

You will manage a high-volume call environment across multiple systems, ensuring accurate information and a positive patient experience while maintaining composure under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or healthcare support is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Patient-focused and empathetic when dealing with customers.
• Able to stay composed and professional in a high-volume environment.
• Comfortable managing multiple systems while communicating with customers.
• Fast learner of new processes, systems and procedures.
• Experience in a desk-based contact centre with around 200 calls per day.
• Typing assessment will be part of recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to high volumes of patient and customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and general service enquiries.
• Provide clear, courteous information to create a positive experience.
• Identify customer needs and offer suitable assistance or escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on enquiries and resolve issues.
• Handle sensitive or urgent conversations with professionalism.
• Work across multiple platforms while maintaining accuracy in interactions.
• Follow established procedures and adapt to workflow changes.
