Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an entry-level healthcare administration and patient service professional in Singapore. You will be the main point of contact for patients, assisting with registration, appointments, and inquiries while supporting day-to-day operations.

Structured training will be provided to develop skills in patient support, data entry, and coordination across healthcare teams. The role offers exposure to clinical operations and a pathway into the healthcare sector.

Qualifications

• Holds GCE O/N Levels, A Levels, Diploma or higher.
• Interest in healthcare, patient support, or administration.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a service orientation.
• Organised and detail-oriented with aptitude for administrative tasks.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients with registration, appointments, and enquiries in a professional manner.
• Register patients and ensure accurate recording of personal and appointment information.
• Coordinate and manage patient appointments to support daily operations.
• Handle phone calls and enquiries, directing to the relevant team as needed.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient records in healthcare systems.
• Provide administrative support to doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Assist with basic patient care-related tasks under supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with patient information.
• Support general clinic and healthcare administration duties as required.
