Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking staff to greet and register patients, schedule appointments, and coordinate referrals at a Health monitoring station. You will take measurements such as height, weight, and blood pressure based on the roster, while providing courteous patient service.

Training will be provided, and healthcare experience is welcomed but not required. No prior experience is necessary; a minimum GCE N level is required.

Qualifications

• GCE N level or equivalent is required.
• No experience needed; training provided.
• Healthcare experience is an advantage but not compulsory.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals.
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries courteously.
• Manage patient concerns with timely resolution and escalation when needed.
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide high level of service.
• Stationed at Health monitoring station; take height, weight and blood pressure as rostered.
