Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients.
• Schedule patient appointment.
• Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals.
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service.
• Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster; involved in taking height/weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station.
