Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd. is hiring for a 6-month contract Patient Service Associate in Singapore to support reputable healthcare organizations.

The role focuses on patient registration, scheduling, billing support, and basic financial counselling, with emphasis on delivering polite, accurate service. You will assist with teleconsultation setup, coordinate multiple appointments, handle cashless payments, and ensure smooth visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum Higher NITEC.
• Able to commit to contract duration: 1 Oct 2026 – 31 Mar 2027.
• Entry-level position with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Register patients for visits to Specialist Outpatient Clinic.
• Schedule appointments and assist patients to coordinate multiple appointments.
• Perform billing processes, including payment collection, manage cash float and encourage patients to sign up for cashless payment.
• Provide financial counselling, explain charges and assist patient with various finance schemes available.
• Prepare patients for physical examination and take patient’s height and weight.
• Support doctors in teleconsultation i.e. equipment setup, coordinate with patients, et cetera.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned.
