Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Patient Service Associate to ensure smooth clinic operations, handle patient feedback, register and screen patients, and support billing and payments.

You will maintain readiness of the clinic, assist clinicians, coordinate appointments, monitor wait times, and ensure confidentiality in data handling. This role offers a dynamic working environment near MRT and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level qualification with relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic IT tools.
• Strong team player with good collaborative skills.
• Able to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Possess a service-oriented mindset with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient feedback promptly to the appropriate supervisor.
• Perform accurate patient registration and screening with confidentiality.
• Ensure timely billing and same-day collection of payments.
• Maintain clinic readiness and manage self-service kiosks and waiting areas.
• Prepare the clinic 15 minutes before the first patient.
• Support appointment coordination for new and follow-up visits.
• Assist clinicians and therapists to facilitate smooth consultations.
• Monitor patient wait times and inform patients proactively.
