Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a frontline Patient Service Associate to greet patients, register them, and schedule appointments. You will coordinate referrals to specialists and handle payments with courteous service.

The role includes taking vitals at the Health Monitoring Station, answering inquiries, and ensuring timely resolution of patient concerns. Training is provided; prior healthcare experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' level.
• No exp needed, training provided.
• Healthcare experience will be an advantage but not compulsory.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients
• Schedule patient appointment
• Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
• Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster. Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station
