Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is hiring a Temp Patient Service Associate to be outsourced to clients in reputable healthcare organisations. You will handle front counter duties, register walk-in patients, and prepare patient documentation. You will also provide financial counselling and manage payments and email correspondence.

The role requires flexibility to work shifts (8:30am-6pm or 10:30am-8pm), weekends and public holidays, and a 3-month contract. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Qualifications

• Minimum NOA level.
• Able to commit to rostered shifts (8.30am - 6pm or 10.30am - 8pm).
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Contract duration of 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform front counter duties.
• Register walk-in patients.
• Prepare patient documentation.
• Conduct financial counselling.
• Handle payment collection.
• Reconcile daily collections.
• Respond to patient phone enquiries.
• Manage email correspondence.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
