Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a patient registration and admissions support role within our healthcare client network in Singapore. You will register patients by phone, handle upfront enquiries, and ensure accurate data entry while delivering courteous service.

You will collect payments, provide financial counselling for admissions, coordinate with Bed Management, arrange SOC appointments for Emergency Medicine Department patients, prepare documents for the Medical Records Office, and

Responsibilities

• Register patients via phone and upfront enquiries
• Collect payment/ deposits and provide Financial Counselling for admissions
• Liaise closely with Bed Management Unit for acquisition of beds for Emergency Medicine Department's (EMD) patients
• Obtain Specialist Outpatient Clinic (SOC) appointments for Emergency Medicine Department's (EMD) patients
• Sort documents in preparation for dispatch to Medical Records Office (MRO)
• Extend excellent customer service to patients and their relatives
• Replenish inventory when stock is low
