Responsibilities

• Front line patient services by performing registration, cashiering, handling enquiries, financial counseling, in-flight bill follow up and posting of charges.
• Chair side assistance if required.
• Ensure that patient enquiries are attended to.
• Manage appointment scheduling.
• Assist in retrieval of records and return patient records.
• Arrange for follow-ups with patients or doctors when necessary.
• Other ad hoc duties.
