Zusammenfassung

Parkway Hospitals Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a meticulous Admissions Assistant to manage patients’ portfolios from admission to discharge in our hospitals. You will key in patient data, prepare documents and provide bill estimates for insurance authorisation.

The role requires good communication, maths skills and frontline experience; bilingual ability is a plus. You will support cashiering, deposits, and inquiries, and train junior staff as needed.

Qualifikationen

• NITEC or A/Levels qualification required.
• Computer literacy is essential.
• Proficiency in mathematics is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual ability is an added advantage.
• Around 2 years of front-line experience in a related role.
• Maturity in handling queries.
• Healthcare work experience is a plus.

• Manage patient admissions from intake to discharge.
• Enter patient data and prepare admission documents.

• Notify about duplicate customer numbers and variances in reports.

Jobbeschreibung

The Role:

Be a part of our dynamic team to manage patients’ portfolio to ensure they are well taken care of from admission to discharge in our hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform admission process which includes of:

• key in patient’s data and perform patient’s admission in the system
• preparing of relevant documents
• advise on bill estimation and obtain authorisation for insurance guarantees collection of admission deposit
• Handles customers queries pertaining to admission process
• Alert Senior Admission Officer of duplicate customer numbers detected
• Alert Admission Executive of bad debt prompt from system / patient who are unable to settle deposit
• Perform cashiering – payment collections (credit card, cash, nets, cheques)
• Assist in training and guiding new and junior staff
• Alert Admission Executive of variances in the Cashiering collection report
• Perform Drs Fees Billing and do billing/discharges
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by superiors

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

• NITEC, A/O LEVEL Skills & Knowledge
• Computer Literacy
• Pass in Mathematics
• Good communication skills (verbal/written)
• Bilingual – added advantage
• 2-year front-line related working experience
• Mature in handling queries
• Past healthcare work experience added advantage

Working hours:

• 7am - 4.30pm
• 9am - 6.30pm
• 11am - 8.30pm
• 5 day work week, max 42 hours
