Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring a hospital call centre agent to manage general enquiries and appointment requests across calls, faxes, referrals, emails, SMS, and live chat. You will understand caller needs, provide accurate information, and go beyond to assist at all times.

You will deliver high-quality service with prompt follow-ups, work in a team to hit service level targets and manage escalations as needed, while strictly adhering to policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Handle general enquiries and appointment-related requests for hospital across calls, e-faxes, referrals, emails, SMS chat, and live chat.
• Provide complete and accurate information, going beyond the call of duty.
• Deliver quality customer service with prompt follow-up to callers/patients across channels.
• Collaborate to achieve contact centre metrics such as Service Level and Abandon Rates.
