Job summary

PeopleSolve is seeking a Call Centre / Customer Service Associate in Singapore to handle appointment bookings, emails, and hotline tasks while engaging residents and linking them to the right services.

The role requires a recognised diploma, at least 1 year in healthcare or service, proficiency in MS Office, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and willingness to work rotating shifts including public holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline required.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience in healthcare or service industry.
• Proficient in MS Office and good planning and organization skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, including PHs and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Book or reschedule appointments based on caller's requests.

• Engagement of residents and community partners to address enquiries about population health and services and initiatives and link up with the appropriate team / service where appropriate.
