Job summary

PeopleSolve is seeking an Assistant Manager, Clinic Operations in Singapore to oversee daily service-point operations, including front counter activities and admin tasks, while partnering with Nursing Officers and Pharmacists to resolve system and process issues.

You will ensure facilities are patient-friendly, safe and clean, and work with department leaders to deliver a positive patient experience along the care continuum. The role also drives financial targets and staff leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management and STEM.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in large organisations, particularly in customer service and administrative work.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Possess practical knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare financial schemes.
• Excellent coordination, interpersonal, and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of service points, including front counter services, administrative/operational matters and partnering Nursing Officer / Pharmacists to solve system and process problems.
• Ensure facilities are patient friendly, safe and clean.

• Responsible for achieving the volume and financial targets for the clinical services of respective service points.
• Develop and carry out business plans in conjunction with the clinical chiefs to ensure that goals are reached.
• Manage a group of staff providing customer services in service points and responsible for staff recruitment and retention.
• Manage projects and exploit appropriate new technologies to achieve cost saving and competitive advantage.
• Perform data analysis and manage process improvement projects.
• Perform other assignments as delegated by Operations Manager and Head of Department.
