Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a clinic support staff to ensure smooth operations across multiple clinics and inpatient wards when required. You will assist patients with registration, appointments, discharge, cashiering and inquiries, handling calls and emails with professionalism.

You should have at least a GCE O' Level or Diploma, be proficient with computer applications, and possess strong communication and customer-focused skills.

• Provide information on billing procedures and insurance-related matters.
• Assist healthcare professionals with chaperone duties and preparation of consultation documents.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and other service-related enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide administrative support and assist with day-to-day clinic operations.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Requirements:

• Possess at least GCE 'O' Level qualifications or a Diploma.
• Proficient in computer applications and able to work across multiple systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in a healthcare setting, including different clinics and inpatient wards when required.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare administration, or related service industries is an added advantage.
