Job summary

FORTRESS INTELLIGENCE PTE. LTD. is seeking a patient services coordinator in Singapore to support daily clinical operations.

You will schedule appointments, maintain records per PDPA, process billing and insurance, handle payments, verify coverage, and assist doctors and nurses in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong English, good interpersonal and data-management skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N/O/A Levels or Polytechnic Diploma.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Healthcare/Hospitality.
• Singaporean or PR status, immediate or within a month start.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and reminder calls.
• Maintain patient records per PDPA Act.
• Process billing in Clinic Management System & Insurance portals.
• Process payments and daily cash deposits.
• Identify patients' insurance coverage.
• Customer service / support triage for patients.
• Main clinic inventory / checking of stocks.
• Dispensing of medication / with second checker.
• Assist Doctors & Nurses.

Primary Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments / reminder calls
• Maintain patient records as per PDPA Act
• Process billing in Clinic Management System & Insurance portals
• Process payments and daily cash deposits
• Identify patients insurance coverage
• Customer service / support triage for patients
• Main clinic inventory / checking of stocks
• Dispensing of medication / with second checker
• Assist Doctors & Nurses

Secondary Responsibilities

• Perform procedures in treatment room eg Tonometry, Spirometry, Audiometry, ECG, Dressing
• Maintain proper infection control standards
• Perform venepunture (with valid phlebotomy certification)
