This role goes beyond traditional customer service, focusing on growing the clinic, converting opportunities and building long-term patient relationships. You will engage patients, manage leads, follow up, close opportunities, generate referrals and collaborate with Doctors to ensure a seamless patient journey.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or business development experience.
• Confident communicating with customers and building rapport.
• Enjoys working towards targets and achieving results.
• Comfortable handling objections and closing sales.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, positive and takes ownership of work.
• Able to balance commercial results with customer experience.
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, insurance, hospitality, retail or B2C sales is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Convert – Engage patients, understand their needs and support the conversion of recommended care plans.
• Follow Up – Manage leads and patient follow-ups, handle objections and close opportunities.
• Retain – Build strong relationships and encourage patients to continue and renew their care.
• Grow – Generate referrals from existing patients and support patient acquisition activities.
• Recommend – Introduce relevant clinic products and services based on patient needs.
• Engage – Create a positive patient experience from their first visit onwards.
• Advocate – Develop opportunities for Google reviews, testimonials and patient stories.
• Collaborate – Work closely with Doctors and the clinic team to ensure a seamless patient journey.
