This role goes beyond traditional service, actively contributing to growth, guiding patients through care plans, and building lasting relationships from the first visit. You will engage with patients, follow up on leads, handle objections, and collaborate with doctors to ensure a seamless journey.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or business development experience.
• Confident communication and rapport-building with customers.
• Comfortable handling objections and closing sales.
• Willingness to work weekends/evenings as required.
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, insurance, hospitality, retail or B2C sales is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Convert – Engage patients, understand their needs and support the conversion of recommended care plans.
• Follow Up – Manage leads and patient follow-ups, handle objections and close opportunities.
• Retain – Build strong relationships and encourage patients to continue and renew their care.
• Grow – Generate referrals from existing patients and support patient acquisition activities.
• Recommend – Introduce relevant clinic products and services based on patient needs.
• Engage – Create a positive patient experience from their first visit onwards.
• Advocate – Develop opportunities for genuine Google reviews, testimonials, case studies and patient stories.
• Collaborate – Work closely with Doctors and the clinic team to ensure a seamless patient journey.

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Customer Service Officer to join our clinic team. This is more than a traditional customer service role —you will play an active part in growing the clinic, converting opportunities and building long-term patient relationships.
