PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive professional to build and sustain relationships with healthcare partners, referral sources and corporate clients in Singapore.

You will support proposals, presentations and promotional materials while coordinating meetings and healthcare talks to drive business growth. You will also perform market analysis, maintain referral and client databases, and provide administrative support for clinic services.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare, customer service, administration, or business development is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare partners, referral sources, and corporate clients.
• Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, reports and promotional materials.
• Organize meetings, networking sessions, healthcare talks and marketing events.
• Perform market analysis and maintain accurate referral and client databases.
• Provide administrative and operational support for clinic services when required.
• Handle appointment scheduling, respond to patient inquiries, and assist with billing matters as needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Participate in ad hoc business development initiatives.
