Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Patient Liaison Officer to support patients and their families from initial inquiry through treatment completion. You will handle enquiries, schedule appointments, manage records, and assist with financial administration in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of GCE 'O' or 'N' level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in frontline customer service and/or practical knowledge of healthcare operations is preferred.
• Service oriented and patient focused.
• Possesses strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks accurately and thoroughly.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and next of kin with enquiries and feedback.
• Assist patients with appointment scheduling and financial administration.
• Manage patient records and process claims.
• Replenish inventories and ensure sufficient stock to run operations.
• Register new patients, update EMR, and manage basic clinic operations.
• Serve as main contact from initial enquiry to treatment completion.
• Explain treatment costs and timelines, process payments, and handle billing documentation.
