Job summary

You will support proposals, presentations, and promotional materials while coordinating events and meetings. The role involves market analysis, database maintenance, and providing administrative support for clinic services, with duties spanning scheduling, patient inquiries, and billing assistance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in healthcare, customer service, administration, business development, or related field is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare partners, referral sources, and corporate clients.
• Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations, reports, and promotional materials.
• Organize meetings, networking sessions, healthcare talks, and marketing-related events.
• Perform market analysis and maintain accurate referral and client databases.
• Provide administrative and operational support for clinic services when required.
• Handle appointment scheduling, respond to patient enquiries, and assist with billing matters as needed.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Participate in ad hoc business development initiatives
