Job summary

National Dental Centre Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Executive to establish systems and processes for the Patient Liaison Service (PLS) unit. The role focuses on elevating patient experiences for non-resident and private patients, including VVIP/VIP/CIP handling, and ensuring smooth right-siting to primary care partners.

You will lead a PLS team, develop SOPs and service standards while coordinating with SingHealth partners to deliver outstanding care and seamless patient journeys.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality / Business Administration or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant working experience in healthcare preferred.
• Good interpersonal and people skills.
• Self-starter and able to work independently.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Experience leading a team is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end journey management for non-resident, private, and VVIP/VIP/CIP patients, including appointment and financial-related processes.
• Oversee right-siting of patients to primary care partners.
• Develop and maintain service standards for the team to ensure excellent service quality.
• Develop and maintain collaterals, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Coordinate with SingHealth partners for engagement sessions.
• Introduce continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient, clinician, and administrator experiences.
• Identify and develop value propositions with stakeholders.
