National Dental Centre Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior/Patient Service Associate to support critical operational development functions and provide administrative support to the Operations team for seamless patient care.

The role involves managing dentists' calendars, scheduling, coordinating with clinics across hospitals, and handling patient inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply, with proficiency in MS Office required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline or GCE A/ O Level / Higher NITEC in Service Skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Team player with strong communication and administrative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Preferably 2 years' relevant experience; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsabilités

• Managing dentists' appointment calendars and rescheduling requests to ensure calendars are created, blocked, and rescheduled promptly.
• Support day-to-day operations of pre-surgery and listing including financial counselling, fasting instructions, appointment scheduling and rescheduling.
• Coordinate with clinics across hospitals on surgical operation list, including pre-operation evaluations, pre-admission testing and data collection.
• Ensure patients' enquiries are handled tactfully and professionally.
