Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline or GCE A/ O Level / Higher NITEC in Service Skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Team player with strong communication and administrative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Preferably 2 years' relevant experience; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Managing dentists' appointment calendars and rescheduling requests to ensure calendars are created, blocked, and rescheduled promptly.
• Support day-to-day operations of pre-surgery and listing including financial counselling, fasting instructions, appointment scheduling and rescheduling.
• Coordinate with clinics across hospitals on surgical operation list, including pre-operation evaluations, pre-admission testing and data collection.
• Ensure patients' enquiries are handled tactfully and professionally.
