is seeking a Senior/ Patient Service Associate to support critical operational development functions and provide administrative support to the Operations team for seamless care delivery. You will manage dentists’ appointment calendars, assist with pre-surgery processes and data collection, coordinate with clinics across hospitals on surgical lists, and handle patient enquiries professionally.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline/ GCE ‘A’ Level/ ‘O’ Level / Higher NITEC in Service Skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• A team player with strong communication and administrative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Preferably 2 years’ relevant experience; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Managing dentists’ appointment calendars and rescheduling requests in ensuring calendars are created, blocked and rescheduled promptly
• Supporting day-to-day operations of pre-surgery and listing which includes financial counselling, fasting instructions, appointment scheduling and rescheduling
• Coordinating and liaising with clinics across various hospitals on the surgical operation list, including pre-operation evaluations, pre-admission testing and data collection
• Ensuring patients’ enquiries are handled tactfully and professionally
