Job summary

National Dental Centre Singapore is seeking a Senior/ Patient Service Associate to support critical operational development functions and provide administrative support to the Operations team, ensuring seamless care delivery for patients.

You will manage dentists' appointment calendars, assist with pre-surgery tasks, coordinate with clinics across hospitals for surgical lists and pre-admission processes, and handle patient enquiries with tact and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline / GCE A/ O/ Higher NITEC in Service Skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; strong communication skills.
• Preferably 2 years' relevant experience; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage dentists' appointment calendars and rescheduling requests, ensuring calendars are created, blocked and rescheduled promptly.
• Support day-to-day pre-surgery operations, including financial counselling, fasting instructions, appointment scheduling and rescheduling.
• Coordinate with clinics across hospitals on the surgical operation list, including pre-operation evaluations and pre-admission testing.
• Handle patients' enquiries tactfully and professionally.
