Job summary

Ng Teng Fong General Hospital (NTFGH) joins JurongHealth Campus in delivering patient-centered care across NUHS. We are seeking a Patient Service Associate to be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth financial interactions and supportive discharge processes.

You will collect payments, provide financial counselling, coordinate follow-up appointments, and collaborate with the care team to enhance overall patient experience. Weekend/holiday shifts are required on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N Levels with 1 year of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to work 2 rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collection of payment for discharging patients.
• Conduct financial counselling for inpatient stay/charges.
• Perform discharging procedures for patients.
• Obtain follow up appointment for Inpatient patients.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
