Job summary

JurongHealth Campus is seeking a Patient Service Associate to be the frontline ambassador for our hospital. In this role you will assist patients with discharge payments, provide clear financial counselling, and help arrange follow‑up appointments with care and professionalism.

You must have good communication skills, work well with staff at all levels, and be prepared for two rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N Levels with 1 year of working experience in customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff.
• Strong passion to serve the patients.
• Willing to work 2 rotating shifts (9am to 6pm / 11am to 8pm), including weekends and public holidays with 2 days off a week.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the collection of payment for discharging patients
• Conduct financial counselling for inpatient stay/charges
• Perform discharging procedures for patients
• Obtain follow up appointment for Inpatient patients
• Help in additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors
