Job summary

JurongHealth Campus is seeking a Patient Service Associate to be the ambassador of the organisation for inpatient wards. You will assist patients with payments and provide financial counselling; you will help arrange follow-up appointments.

This one-year contract requires at least a GCE N Levels and 1 year in customer service, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Shifts include 9am-6pm, 11am-8pm, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N Levels with 1 year of working experience in customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff.
• Willing to work 2 rotating shifts (9am to 6pm / 11am to 8pm), including weekends and public holidays with 2 days off a week.

Responsibilities
