Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a patient-focused role in Singapore to assist with hospital billing and inpatient financial services. You will handle payments upon discharge, provide financial counselling, and help with discharge procedures to ensure smooth patient flow.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the collection of payment for discharging patients
• Conduct financial counselling for inpatient stay/charges
• Perform discharging procedures for patients
• Obtain follow up appointment for Inpatient patients
• Help in additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors
