Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore East is recruiting a Patient Service Associate for a 1 year contract. You will perform patient care and administrative duties, greet patients, register, schedule appointments and handle payments with courtesy.

You will work a 44-hour week with a roster, starting as early as 7am on some days and occasional Saturday hours, and you will be stationed at the Health monitoring station to take height, weight, and blood pressure as part of patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable using a computer for patient registration, scheduling appointments and payments.
• Willing to start as early as 7am on certain days.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients

• Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide high level of customer service
