Qualifications

• Min N/O/A/Nitec/Diploma in any field.
• Comfortable with vaccinations/medical checkups.

Responsibilities

• Attend to patient enquiries and assist with navigating the healthcare system.
• Provide assistance such as wheelchair support and way-finding.
• Monitor and tag fall-risk patients; issue masks and take temperatures when required.
• Guide patients on self-service kiosks and mobile applications.
• Assist with height, weight and blood pressure measurements.
• Help eligible patients complete medical questionnaires.
• Handle general patient enquiries and other ad hoc duties.
