Job summary

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients, visitors, doctors and staff professionally.
• Provide wayfinding, directions and general information about the medical centre.
• Assist elderly patients and those requiring additional support.
• Manage patient and visitor flow, queues and front-of-house areas.
• Handle basic enquiries and direct matters to the appropriate department.
• Support access control by monitoring visitors and restricted areas.
• Assist during emergencies, evacuations and incidents with crowd management.
• Maintain accurate incident records, reports and shift handovers.
