National University Polyclinics in Singapore seeks a Patient Service Associate to deliver excellent service at the Specialist Outpatient Clinic. You will register patients, schedule appointments, and assist with billing and financial counselling to help patients understand charges and available schemes.

The role also involves preparing patients for examinations and supporting doctors during teleconsultations.

Qualifications

• 1-year experience in customer-related/front desk service preferred.
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Working knowledge on computers.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to work with all levels of staff.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong passion to serve the patients.
• Contract offered for 1-year / 2-year terms.

Responsabilités

• Register patients for visits to Specialist Outpatient Clinic.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate multiple appointments.
• Perform billing processes, including payment collection and cash handling; encourage cashless payments.
• Provide financial counseling and explain charges and available schemes.
• Prepare patients for physical examination and record height/weight.
• Support doctors during teleconsultations (equipment setup and coordination).
