Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd invites applications for a Temporary Patient Service Associate in a polyclinic setting. You will support patients throughout their clinic journey, handling enquiries, guiding through the healthcare system, and assisting with various patient services.

No prior healthcare experience is required as full training will be provided; a service-oriented, patient-focused mindset is essential to ensure a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• GCE N/O/A Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma required.
• Training and guidance will be provided, no prior healthcare experience needed.

Responsibilities

• Attend to patients' enquiries and guide them through the healthcare system.
• Assist patients with wayfinding and general enquiries within the polyclinic.
• Provide additional assistance to patients, such as arranging wheelchairs.
• Identify and tag patients who may be at risk of falls.
• Provide face masks and assist with temperature taking for patients with flu or fever.
• Guide and educate patients on Self-Service Kiosks and mobile applications.
• Assist with basic measurements such as height, weight and blood pressure.
• Help eligible patients complete medical questionnaires.
• Provide general support to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.
