Job summary

Minmed Group in Singapore seeks an Assistant Manager for Health Screening to support daily operations and ensure a seamless patient experience. You will coordinate clinical, nursing and administrative teams to maintain service quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include ensuring manpower, resources and readiness for screening activities, monitoring operations and resolving issues, and upholding established workflows and SOPs across locations.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and lead operational teams.
• Strong understanding of health screening workflows and patient safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adequate manpower, resources and readiness for screening activities.
• Monitor ground operations and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure established workflows, SOPs and service standards are consistently followed.
• Coordinate operational requirements across different teams and locations.
