Job summary

Role & Responsibilities:

• Ensure adequate manpower, resources and operational readiness for screening activities.
• Monitor ground operations and resolve operational issues promptly, escalating significant matters to the Manager where required.
• Ensure established workflows, SOPs and service standards are consistently followed.
• Coordinate operational requirements across different teams and locations.

Requirements:

• Prior supervisory or managerial experience is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead operational teams
• Strong understanding of health screening workflows and patient safety standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
